Castlerock HOA

There are many opportunities for recreational activities in and around Castlerock. Our neighborhood is excellent for walks, running, and biking with paths through the park and around our main lake and offers added amenities such as City of Norman's Castlerock Park, a private neighborhood pool, a basketball court, and fishing in one of our two stocked ponds/lake. Castlerock is within close walking distance to Ruby Grant Park, the City of Norman's newest park. Pool Our pool is located between the greenspace of 3836 Buckingham Drive and the basketball court lot of 3901 Castlerock Road. Our pool overlooks the main pond and is wonderful for relaxing, sunbathing, and fun for the whole family with a shallow toddler pool for the tiniest of swimmers. The pool season runs near Memorial Day through Labor Day. A Pool Key is required for entry and access is for members only. Contact Aria if you are in need of a replacement key or with any issues. The large pool was replastered Spring of 2019 and new ladder and rails were added Spring of 2020. Please be sure to use the landline phone only for 911 emergencies and exercise caution while swimming. Castlerock Park The park, located on the northern edge of Castlerock, is run by the City of Norman.?????‚?‚???‚?‚? The park contains a playground, soccer field, paved walkway, a circuit course, and a charcoal grill with picnic tables. For information on the park, please view this link: http://www.ci.norman.ok.us/parks/castlerock-park Pond The main pond, located off of Castlerock Rd., is approximately .4 miles in circumference, and is surrounded by a paved walkway, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Fishing is permitted, but please don't plan on catching your dinner: the pond contains runoff, making the fish unsafe for consumption. Basketball Court Feel like shooting some hoops? There is a basketball court available to Castlerock residents at 3901 Castlerock Road, overlooking the main pond. Please observe the basketball and parking lot hours as to not disturb the neighbors that live so close to these areas.
